LICHAS, (Géog. an.) rocher qui étoit entre l'Eubée & la Grece propre. On connoit l'origine fabuleuse qu'Ovide lui donne dans ses métamorphoses, l. IX. v. 226 & suiv. Strabon dit que les Lichades, ainsi nommées de Lichas, étoient au nombre de trois, qu'il place sur la côte des Locres Epicnémédiens.
