PRÉJUDICE, s. m. (Jurisprud.) signifie quelquefois tort, grief, dommage, comme quand on dit que quelqu'un souffre un préjudice notable par le fait d'autrui.
Ce même terme sert aussi quelquefois à exprimer une réserve de quelque chose, comme quand on met à la suite d'une clause, que c'est sans préjudice de quelque autre droit ou action.
