PANEMUS, s. m. (Calendrier grec.) nom donné chez les Grees à des mois différens.

1°. Panémus étoit, chez les Corinthiens, un mois qui répondoit au mois attique Boédromion, & selon le pere Pétau, à notre mois de Novembre.

2°. Panémus étoit, dans l'ancien calendrier macédonien, le neuvieme mois de l'année: apres la conquête de l'Arabie on donna ce nom au sixieme mois.

3°. Panémus étoit le nom béotien du mois athénien, nommé Métagitnion, qui étoit le second de leur année, & qui répondoit en partie au mois de Juillet, & en partie au mois d'Août, selon Potter. Voyez Mois des Grecs.
