MIXTILIGNE, adj. (Géom.) se dit de ce qui est formé de lignes droites & de lignes courbes; ainsi on dit une figure mixtiligne pour dire une figure terminée en partie par des lignes courbes, & en partie par des lignes droites; on dit aussi un angle mixtiligne pour dire un angle formé par une ligne droite & une ligne courbe.
