V x. dit que Jesus - Christ s'étant embarqué sur la mer de Tibériade avec ses disciples, vint à Dalmanutha (saint Matthieu dit Magedan, & dans le grec Magdala.) Il est assez vrai - semblable que Médan, Magedam, Delmana, & Delmanutha sont un même lieu près de la source du Jourdain nommé Dan, au pié du mont Liban. (D. J.)
