LUPIAE, (Géog. anc.) *LOUPIAS2, selon Strabon, lib. VI. p. 282, & Lupia, selon Pline, liv. III. ch. vj. ancienne ville d'Italie dans la Calabre, sur la côte de la mer, entre Brindes & Otrante. C'étoit une colonie romaine: on croit que c'est présentement la Tour de Saint - Catalde.
