LOMOND - LOGH, (Géog.) ou le lac Lomond; grand lac d'Ecosse, dans la province de Lemnox. Il abonde en poisson; sa longueur du nord au sud est de 24 milles, & sa plus grande largeur de 8 milles. Il y a des îles dans ce lac qui sont habitées, & qui ont des églises. (D. J.)
