* FOURNÉE, s. f. terme commun à plusieurs ouvriers qui font cuire au four un grand nombre de pieces à - la - fois; comme le fayencier, le manufacturier en porcelaine, le potier de terre, le pâtissier, le boulanger, &c. c'est la quantité de pieces qu'ils ont enfournées à - la - fois. Ainsi ils disent que la fournée étoit entiere, lorsqu'il y avoit au four autant de pieces qu'il en pouvoit contenir; & qu'il n'y avoit que demi - fournée, lorsqu'il pouvoit en contenir une fois davantage.
