FEVERSHAM, (Géogr.) petite ville à marché d'Angleterre, avec titre de comté, dans la province de Kent, entre Cantorberi & Rochester, sur un petit golfe. Elle est remarquable dans l'histoire ecclésiastique d'Angleterre, par un monastere de l'abbaye de l'ordre de Clugny, que le roi Etienne y fonda, & où la reine sa femme, le prince Eustache son fils, & lui, furent inhumés.
