ECHANSONNERIE, s. f. (Hist. mod.) lieu où s'assemblent les officiers qui ont soin de la boisson du roi, & où elle se garde. Il y a l'échansonnerie<-> bouche, & l'échansonnerie du commun: la premiere fait partie de l'office qu'on appelle le gobelet; elle a son chef, qu'on appelle aussi chef de gobelet.
