Crase, (Medec.) état naturel ou sain du sang, sa constitution convenable, en vertu de laquelle les différens principes dont il est composé, s'y trouvent dans la juste proportion, & dans le degré de pureté & d'union qu'ils doivent avoir. Ce mot a pour opposé discrase, discrasis, qui marque un mélange vicieux des principes, ou l'état qui n'est pas naturel à quelqu'un d'eux.
