Convention verbale, est celle qui est faite par paroles seulement sans aucun écrit. Chez les Romains on distinguoit les conventions qui se formoient par la tradition d'une chose, de celles qui se formoient par paroles seulement. Parmi nous on appelle convention verbale, toute convention expresse faite sans écrit.
