L'ordonnance de 1670, tit. jv. art. 1. veut que les juges dressent procès verbal de tout ce qui peut servir pour la décharge ou conviction de l'accusé. La conviction doit être pleine & entiere pour le condamner. Voyez Preuve. (A)
