COPAGINAIRES, s. m. pl. (Jurispr.) on appelle ainsi dans certaines provinces plusieurs cotenanciers d'un même héritage, & qui en ont passé conjointement déclaration ou reconnoissance au terrier du seigneur, in eadem paginâ du terrier. C'est de - là qu'on les appelle copaginaires. Voyez Cotenancier. (A)
