ADMINICULE, s. m. en droit, est ce qui forme un commencement de preuve, ou une preuve imparfaite; une circonstance ou une conjecture qui tend à former ou à fortifier une preuve.

Ce mot vient du Latin adminiculum, qui signifie appui, échalas.
