ADJONCTION, s. f. terme de style du Palais, qu'on emploie dans les plaintes en matiere criminelle, où l'on demande l'intervention ou adjonction de M. le Procureur Général, ou de son Substitut, ou du Procureur fiscal, si la plainte n'est point portée devant une Justice royale. Or demander l'adjonction du Ministere public, c'est demander qu'il se porte accusateur, & poursuive l'accusé en son nom concurremment avec la partie civile. (H)
