TRIUMPILINI, (Géog. anc.) peuples d'Italie, selon Pline, l. III. c. xx. qui nous apprend qu'ils faisoient partie des Euganei. Ils habitoient la vallée que l'on appella de leur nom Trompla, ensuite Trompia, & que l'on connoît ajourd'hui sous le nom de Troppia. Pline un peu plus bas met les Triumpilini au nombre des nations des Alpes, dont Auguste triompha. (D. J.)
