BÉZOLE, s. f. bezola, (Hist. nat. Ichthyol.) poisson qui se trouve dans le lac de Lausane; il est assez ressemblant au lavaret, voyez Lavaret: cependant sa couleur est moins blanche, & un peu teinte de bleu; la tête est plus petite, le museau plus pointu, le ventre plus large & plus saillant; la chair est plus molle [p. 222] & de moindre qualité: aussi ce poisson n'est - il pas recherché.
